One day while conversing with Reík's silent grave she saw the ground shift -  tumbling back in shock she saw a hand emerge, followed by another hand, and then an entire body; Reík had returned. Upon seeing, and smelling, his mother, Reík allowed her to become the first Putrid one to follow him - Reík had sworn vengeance upon the world that shunned him, and intended to share his stench with those similar to himself.
